Who We Need

The Technical Account Manager for MWB EMEA is a highly organised self-starter looking for a challenge and ready to join a Company in a rapid period of growth.  The successful candidate will have the ability to drive impactful B2B post-sale technical account management activities in the EMEA Region and work closely with other global Customer Success team members to convert customers into brand advocates.

 

What You'll Do

  • Proactively work with customers to plan Malwarebytes product deployments
  • Provide “best practices” advice.
  • Answer questions regarding Malwarebytes’ products
  • Escalate product deficiencies to Product Management and/or Engineering
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction which is measured on a regular basis.
  • Develop and share knowledge about the software.
  • Drive effectively customer escalation.
  • May perform other job duties as directed by the TAM manager.

                  

Skills You'll Need to Have

  • Minimum of 2+ years technical account management experience within the computer industry.
  • 1 plus year of post sale account management experience required 
  • Computer, Network, and Software certifications a plus.
  • Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills.
  • Prior experience working with Anti-malware, Antivirus, firewall and security software a plus.
  • Strong installation, configuration, troubleshooting and debugging skills relating to hardware, drivers and software issues.
  • Proficient in installation, configuration, maintenance of SQL server or equivalent databases.
  • Proficient in Windows OS as well as Windows Server environments. Mac OS experience is a plus.
  • Proven technical aptitude, proven customer handling aptitude.
  • Professional written & oral communication skills.
  • High level of personal initiative and professionalism.
