Who We Need:

 

Your role will be to help implement, administer, and optimize our Marketing Systems and own the business process designs, system implementations, change management, training, and compliance.  You will partner with teams In Marketing, Sales, Product, Data Science and Engineering, IT to transform business challenges into process and systems-driven solutions. You must be able to pro-actively engage business, build relationships and solve problems. This position will require problem solving skills, data analytics and thought leadership to come up with creative solutions for the business. 

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Own the functional development of solutions that support Marketing, working with Global Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Applications, and other teams as needed.
  • Develop and document functional solution design specifications for various analytics projects, dashboards and reports in alignment with unified data architecture standards. Functional solution design on big data technologies is desired.
  • Perform business requirement analysis and data profiling required for the solution design, with the help of Looker, Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Lead projects end-to-end from design, build, test, to deploy. Understand design trade-offs between declarative, code, and 3rd party tools.
  • Serve as the primary contact with end-users (field questions, triage feature requests, troubleshoot issues) and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions.
  • Assist with data management and governance. Support reporting requirements and leverage Marketo, Salesforce for data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, reviewing and/or maintaining both requirements and testing solutions.
  • Regular interaction with business communicating the project portfolio, technology roadmap, and planning on future business objectives.
  • Work within the framework of the Scrum standards to deliver business needs.
  • Work in a matrix & collaborative environment with solution management, architects and “virtual” functional teams across multiple geographies
  • Work in a fast-paced startup like environment.
  • Manage internalSLA communications and coordinate the handling/escalation of issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Planning and establishing data training, UAT and other post go live activities including documentation.
  • Responsible for driving adoption of technology and process changes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

 

 

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

 

  • 10+ years of business/technical analyst experience within a sales or marketing function.
  • A proven track record for designing and delivering solutions that are focused on usability, flexibility, and scalability.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce, Marketo or Eloqua  Sales and Marketing platform (data model, declarative functions, business processes).
  • Familiarity with data wranglers and reporting/analysis/visualization tools such Trifacta, Tableau, Looker, Flexplore and Integration tools such as Tibco or Boomi.
  • Familiarity with API framworks.
  • Large scale technology implementation experience.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining business, functional, and/or technical requirements.
  • Ability to manage and cleanse Marketo data using various data management tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with a distributed team across time zones.
  • Ability to manage cross-department stakeholders with unique needs and competing priorities.
