Who We Need:


As an integral member of the Malwarbytes B2B Global Product and Technical Marketing team, you will be the Technical Marketing lead for both Cloud-based and On-Premises endpoint security solutions. This role requires a mature, experienced technical marketing professional with a solid endpoint security background.  The Technical Marketing Engineer’s primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a stable demo environment for core Malwarebytes solutions. You will be responsible for identifying compelling and differentiated demo storyboards/use cases, and will support the global sales and product teams with technical content for assets, tools, and presentations. You will work closely with the Competitive Intelligence team to track both key and emerging competitive products and perform hands-on research as required.



What You'll Do:


  • Responsible for building and maintaining demo environment for Cloud and On-Premises B2B solutions.
  • Participate in demo delivery and enablement for conferences/tradeshows.
  • Be a trusted expert on competing security solutions.
  • Assist with competitive landscape and competitive product analysis.
  • Provide technical product content to stakeholders for the development of white papers, solution briefs, battle cards, sales tools, videos, and presentations.
  • Assist with detailed technical analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products through hands-on testing
  • Deliver best practices for Malwarebytes Security solutions including reference architectures.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, product management, sales, sales engineering, and customer success team members to identify and prioritize key competitors and identify compelling demo use cases.



Skills You'll Need to Have:


  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical marketing, sales engineering, or security consulting role or experience as an IT desktop manager.
  • Strong understanding of the endpoint security industry is a must.
  • Experience with endpoint security technologies.
  • Experience in deploying and configuring security software is a must.
  • Ability to conceive and develop compelling demo scenarios
  • Experience working with IT tools and technologies at a large to enterprise-size organization is preferred.
  • Experience creating technical collateral and sales tools is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be extremely well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • This role requires someone who is a self-starter, highly motivated, flexible, and energetic.
  • May require up to 20% travel.
