What You'll Do:

 

  • Develop the next generation of Malwarebytes business solution
  • Develop scalable, high-traffic web systems (APIs, asynchronous jobs, workers) that serve millions of users
  • Design, develop, test, and integrate web-based microservices for B2B applications
  • Work closely with other developers, product managers, testers, DevOps in a fast-paced Scrum/Agile environment
  • Design and write code, peer code reviews, write unit tests, collaborate with test teams,
  • Make the world a better place by helping get rid of malware on millions of computers 

 

 

Skills You'll Need to Have:

 

  • 3+ years as a professional software developer
  • Very strong in Node.JS (NodeJS) or Java including web frameworks such as Express or Spring
  • Good experience implementing RESTful APIs and services with a very solid understanding of REST principles
  • Good understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms)
  • Experience working with a micro-services architecture
  • Strong understanding of modern web, tools and protocols used in building API’s (HTTP, TCP/IP, CORS, cURL, SSH, Fiddler, JWT, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational database development, preferably Postgres
  • Very good understanding of Git
  • Strong Linux knowledge 

Skills We'd Like You to Have: 

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (strong preference)
  • Strong interest and willingness to work in Golang (GO)
  • ElasticSearch, DynamoDb, Redis
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud experience with a production application
  • Experience developing global SaaS application with multi-region multi-tenancy
  • Docker
  • JavaScript, React.js (react-redux) or other major JavaScript frameworks
