Who We Need:


A business professional, skilled in strong ‘remote’ interaction & support of third party relationships, familiar with the security software business and experience of working with partners in the EMEA market. You will be a key player in a channel team responsible for developing, driving and growing our Channel business in EMEA.




What You'll Do:


Reporting to the EMEA Channel Business Director you will be:-

  • Working closely with the Regional Channel Team and the Channel Business Director you will be a subject matter expert on all things Channel
  • Engaging with and assisting with on-boarding of new channel partners working closely with Distribution and the DAM.
  • Focusing on engagement, enablement and support of existing and new partners to grow their business with Malwarebytes.
  • Supporting DAM with their Distributor Plan and execution.
  • Supporting CAMs with their Focus Partners.
  • Supporting the Channel Business Director on key projects and initiatives on a case by case basis.
  • A strong advocate into the Channel of Malwarebytes. Continuously promote and communicate Malwarebytes’ value proposition, products/solutions and program befits, promotions and Incentives to the partner community.
  • Own PRM/Portal and ensure it supports & drives Partner enablement
  • Management of Partner Lifecycle


Day to day activities:-

  • First point of contact for Partners and overseeing of general partner queries
  • Management of Partner Registrations, ‘Welcome to MB’ email and ‘How To’ guide
  • Management of Partner Portal registrations, activation and training.
  • Management of all NFR requests
  • Ensure data health maintained in SF for all EMEA Partners. (Account De dup, Contacts dedup, clean up data gaps, ensure all required fields are maintained working with local and global sales op’s.


In addition you will:-

  • Work across the various functional departments including Sales, Channel, Mktg, Order Management, Finance, Sales Ops etc.
  • Working closely with Channel Business Director to identify programme & process improvements
  • Deliver on defined KPI’s outlining individual performance and contribution to the Channel Business with a focus on partner satisfaction.
