  • Track KPI performance that helps us measure progress towards goals and fosters a deep understanding of our business.
  • Lead weekly and monthly business metrics reviews that illuminate areas of focus for the company.
  • Partner effectively with various teams across the company (including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership).
  • Influence both peers and senior leadership through translating complex concepts into layman’s terms.
  • Coach, inspire, and develop a team of talented analysts.

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • Passion for data- you love learning from data to make decisions, and always seem to have data at your fingertips.
  • Ability to effectively track trends through metrics and dashboards, with a genuine curiosity to understand what’s driving them.
  • Ability to understand big questions with analysis, and willingness to dive deep to reveal insightful and actionable insights.
  • Passion for measuring business impact, and ability to draw the connection between what teams are building and how it impacts company metrics.
  • High level of proficiency with SQL and Excel (we’re looking for ninja-level expertise!)
  • Ability to work with large quantities of data through usage of data and statistical tools (SQL, SAS, R, or related tools) as well as reporting tools such as Tableau. Experience with scenario planning and building financial models is a plus.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and frequent context-switching in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • An opportunity to do something great for yourself and the world
  • A great work environment that supports growth and development
