Who We Need:

 

Our Marketing team is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to take the lead on ideation, planning and execution of marketing events, experiential moments, and paid opportunities for Malwarebytes B2B. This role will focus on driving these events with an integrated programmatic approach that fits into the wider campaign efforts for a seamless customer and prospect experience. This will call for incorporation of all appropriate channels before, during, and after the event to drive interest, engagement, and leads while also upholding our brand personality and expectations. Additionally, this will involve close partnership with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Communications, Field, Brand, and other internal stakeholders in an effort to pull all the intricate pieces for execution together. Our ideal candidate will work diligently to continuously measure, evolve, and improve, focusing heavily on both strategy and execution along the way.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Lead and manage all marketing events (tradeshows, roundtables, symposiums), experiential moments (pop-ups, webinars, creative installations) and paid opportunities (brand partnerships, social/traditional/digital paid).
  • Absorb messaging and go-to-market strategy, applying appropriately to drive experiential full-funnel experiential engagements.
  • Spearhead all integrated planning, effectively leveraging all channels and methods to tailor efforts and working in-step with existing campaign strategy and plans.
  • Develop all workback calendars to ensure that all deliverables are on-time and orchestrated.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integration. Drive all briefing sessions, ensuring that all projects all are clear, concise, and aligned to strategy.
  • Support sales and partner enablement, in addition to the regional marketing counterparts so that they may successfully leverage the strategy, creative, or plans.
  • Drive experiential set-up/ monitoring in various marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Own development of all event and experiential collateral and fabrication (either working with internal creative team or external agencies), ensuring consistency in messaging and creative execution across channels.
  • Manage budgets, establish key KPIs, and leverage all appropriate channels to ensure on-track optimization and measurements that are captured, optimized, and socialized.
  • Manage a small team, growing and coaching them along their career paths.

 

 

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

 

  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High level of creativity with an innate drive to consistently learn and refine.
  • Agility, open-mindedness and exceptional delivery skills.
  • Passion for strategy and the idea of bringing experiences “to life” in relevant and refreshing ways.
  • Ability to adapt well to shifts in strategy while keeping a prioritized perspective.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strong project management skillset.
  • Positive and upbeat demeanor; a sense of humor is a plus!
  • 7+ years of marketing programs experience, including 2+ years of experience directly managing a team.
  • Enterprise software/ B2B marketing experience.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of an organization (including the executive level).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
