Who We Need:


Our Marketing team is looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing Campaigns who will take the lead in the ideation, planning and execution of our B2B marketing campaigns.

The person in this role will build the integrated campaign engine to drive full-funnel campaign interest, engagement, and leads globally, and will ensure that our global marketing counterparts in EMEA and APJ can successfully leverage them. This will involve break-through planning to leverage all appropriate channels to ensure on-track optimization and measurements. Close cross-functional partnership with Product Marketing, Communications, Field, Brand, and other internal stakeholders along the way will be critical in pulling all the intricate pieces for execution together. Our ideal candidate will work diligently to continuously measure, evolve, and improve, focusing heavily on both strategy and execution along the way.



What You’ll Do:


  • Absorb messaging and go-to-market strategy, applying appropriate to drive prioritized campaigns.
  • Spearhead integrated campaigns, effectively leveraging all channels and methods to tailor efforts.
  • Develop calendars to plan a steady cadence around campaign moments such as launches, events, or others.
  • Build all customer journey plans and content strategy to ensure prospects engage at the right time and the right place.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as events, CRM, Ops, PMM, Brand, Social, Digital and others for integration. Drive all briefing sessions, ensuring that all projects are clear, concise, and aligned to strategy.
  • Support sales and partner enablement, developing kits and portal population of strategy, comms, and content.
  • Drive campaign set-up/ monitoring in various marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Work with Business Development Rep team for campaign implementation and follow up.
  • Drive all executional planning and workback schedules for production.
  • Own development of all content and inbound/ outbound marketing assets (either working with internal creative team or external agencies), ensuring consistency of messaging and creative execution across channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets and establish key campaign KPIs while staying within budget.
  • Drive reporting of campaign effectiveness and lead cross-functional teams in plans to continuously measure and improve campaigns.
  • Manage a small team of effective marketers, growing and coaching them along their career paths.



Skills You’ll Need to Have:


  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High level of creativity with an innate drive to consistently learn and refine.
  • Agility, open-mindedness and exceptional delivery skills.
  • Passionate about strategy and excited about bringing campaigns “to life”.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strong project management skillset.
  • Positive and upbeat demeanor; a sense of humor is a plus!
  • 7+ years of marketing programs experience, including 2+ years of experience directly managing a team.
  • Enterprise software/ B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of an organization (including the executive level).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
