Who We Need:


We are seeking an energetic, motivated and fearless team player who is passionate about sales and wants to create a malware free existence for the everyone. The Role of the Sales Development Representative is to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. This is done through outbound efforts where the SDR follows up on Marketing qualified leads and prospects for new businesses to protect.



What You’ll Do:


  • Be based in our Sydney office in Crows Nest
  • Manage & qualify inbound Marketing leads
  • Use your existing, fearless outbound prospecting skills to arrange meetings for the sales team
  • Research accounts and identify key players, generate interest, qualify and develop leads over the phone / email
  • Schedule, set up and perform meetings for potential customers
  • Use your communication skills to build strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Collaborate with wider country teams on local strategic initiatives



Skills You’ll Need to Have:


  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Keen desire to learn & self improve – ambition to be an end to end sales professional
  • Previous Sales development experience desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong rapport building phone communication skills
  • Great problem solver; ability to grasp difficult concepts easily
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Self-starter; resourceful & ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
  • Willing to work in a team environment with Sales and Marketing
  • experience a plus
