Who We Need:

 

The channel marketing manager will be responsible for creating integrated channel marketing campaigns that support the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of integrated programs designed to drive global engagement and pipeline generation through multiple channels. The right candidate will have a clear understanding of B2B marketing, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, creative marketing campaign development and execution, data analysis and customer retention. This role will drive both direct and indirect lead generation programs such as content syndication, online advertising, speaking opportunities, customer case studies, and contribute to sales enablement initiatives. Close alignment with the sales force and channel teams in understanding their unique needs and ensuring marketing programs hit the mark including sell to and sell through channel initiatives.

 

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Drive training programs to ensure the channel is educated about our offerings
  • Manage and execute on lead generation programs to increase leads and enhance the quality of leads delivered to the sales team and channel
  • Build programs with the appropriate on-line and off-line mix such as search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, content syndication.
  • Develop imaginative, compelling and creative calls to action to entice new prospects and motivate customers
  • Ensure consistency with brand messaging and voice
  • Work closely with all teams to identify and develop new offers, content and sales tools
  • Partner with the channel sales team to ensure that they are aware of the latest programs and follow up
  • Manage external agencies including media vendors and creative/digital agencies
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes and technologies

 

 

Skills You'll Need to Have:

 

  • Candidate must have at least five years of marketing communications experience focused primarily on driving channel engagement
  • Background in B2B selling with a premium placed on possessing a strong understanding of the security industry
  • Demonstrated record of success in channel demand generation for high-tech products and solutions
  • Daily, hands-on user of Marketo and sfdc
  • Exceptionally strong writing, presentation and verbal communications skills, with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages and strategies
  • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
  • Experience with various of marketing driplines, including social, web, email marketing, events and webinars
  • Must be extremely well organized and detail-oriented with ability to deliver the right message at the right time
  • This person must be a self-starter, highly motivated, flexible and energetic
  • Ability to work across the organization at all levels to execute on all marketing communications program
  • Additional language such as German is preferred but not a requirement
