Who We Need:

 

Acquire and grow! As Director of Growth Marketing, this is your mantra. In this role, we’ll be relying on you to spread the word about Malwarebytes to an ever-increasing audience of potential customers. What audience exactly and where? That’s up to you. You’ll be the one crafting the strategy, owning the budget, and ensuring that we hit our goals for new customer acquisition, whoever and wherever they may be. With that goal in mind, you will continuously iterate and improve. Using a data-driven approach, you’ll use subsequent insights to evaluate and enhance our strategy and messaging as needed. More than anything, you know that the customer experience can always be better, engagement can always be stronger, and we can always convert more and gain more loyal customers.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Lead and grow a global team of growth-minded marketers to drive double-digit growth in user base
  • Create, develop, deploy and rapidly iterate our growth strategy
  • Innovate - come up with new and different ways to experiment while you measure, learn, unlearn, relearn and grow your strategy to align with business and organizational strategy
  • Manage budget and figure out where to spend marketing dollars to drive not only the most ROI in your growth area but also brand strategy that tells a compelling story to your target audience
  • Use data and insights to build relevant global acquisition strategy and tactics
  • Break down silos, influence and champion growth marketing strategy within internal and external organizations to drive toward shared business goals
  • Work collaboratively with agencies and internal teams; brand/creative, operations, product, sales and support to drive our growth marketing agenda forward

 

 

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

 

  • 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree or an MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of leading performance-driven marketing which resulted in hyper growth
  • Extensive knowledge across marketing channels (e.g. search, social, display and paid media) and marketing analytics platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with ever-changing challenges
  • Phenomenal people skills and one who is a masterful communicator
  • Obsessive about data and using it to drive your business
