Who We Need:

 

At Malwarebytes, we’re growing fast. As a result of our growth, we are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented Business Systems Analyst to build a technology strategy and provide the capability to deliver business performance through secure, streamlined and innovative technologies, platforms, and processes.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • In partnership with the Business Applications Team, define, configure and deploy capabilities within the Marketing technology stack.
  • Lead business requirements gathering, process and use case documentation, and solution design to help Marketing achieve its acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with both the B2B and B2C Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to understand, assist and execute against key initiatives, prioritize backlog, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to maintain highly functioning Marketing Automation Solutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts and Developers to deliver scalable solutions that align to overall Sales & Marketing strategies.
  • Administer Marketing Platforms (as needed) and in compliance with Malwarebytes privacy and security policies.
  • Assist Marketing teams with campaign building and work with QA to manage testing activities per business requirements.

 

 

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of total experience, with at least 1 year of experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Hands on experience with Marketing Cloud, Marketo or similar marketing automation platform required.
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business partners and technical delivery teams
  • Experience with system integrations and understand how to troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to present analytics findings to marketing team
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
