Who We Need:

 

Our Marketing team is currently looking for a Marketing Technical Product Manager who has proficiency working with other departments and is well-versed in turning Marketing and Business requirements into Technical Requirements.  The ideal candidate should be able to easily navigate technical conversations with the team while still understanding how to communicate this based on their audience. They should be hands-on in getting projects out of the door and doesn’t shy away from the important technical details.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Scope new projects and write the Marketing/ Business requirements.
  • Work well with Project Managers and with customer feedback from various sources.
  • Taking Marketing problems and converting them to user stories with UX and engineering teams.
  • Documentation and Management in Confluence.
  • Project Management of new and existing initiatives. 
  • Basic understanding of using SQL.
  • Working with Marketing stakeholders.

 

 

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Baseline understanding of MarTech stacks.
  • 4+ years’ experience working with Marketing and Product Management.
  • Familiarity with LucidCharts, Confluence, JIRA, and Wrike.
  • Familiarity with Google tags and Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-direction, impeccable attention to detail, and ability to multitask with a proactive mindset in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships within the team and with cross-functional partners and/ or vendors.
