Who We Need:

 

You will be a part of an All-Star Product Management team that will be responsible for shaping our Malwarebytes strategy, defining business requirements, and determining sprint priorities.  You will partner with other product management team members to successfully deliver a final product to our customers. This position will work closely with engineering teams in their agile environment. A successful Product Manager is an expert on their products with excellent communication skills to evangelize products internally across functional teams as well as externally to Malwarebytes. The ability to communicate the values of Malwarebytes solution by providing key use cases, product demonstrations and roadmap presentations is key to your success. This role will report to the Director of Product Management.

 

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Partner with Malwarebytes Product Managers to incorporate products and requirements into a complete roadmap
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to flesh out technical details and requirements of feature stories
  • Communicate product benefits to internal stakeholders as required
  • Ability to understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and recommend the right tools
  • Identify and groom technical details and requirements for feature initiatives.

 

 

Skills You'll Need to Have:

 

  • 2 - 5 years’ technical product management experience or equivalent
  • Experience in Cyber security is preferred (Not Required)
  • Ability to speak with customers with knowledge and professionalism
  • Ability to collaborate and interact across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels
  • Understanding of the OSI model and how clients/servers communicate
  • Previous high-level, technical support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detailed oriented, the ability to prioritize task and multi-task
  • Technical background and understanding of web application technologies
  • 10% + travel to start and will be reduced as needed
  • BS in Computer Science or technical field preferred
  • MS or MBA preferred
