 Who We Need:

 

  • A skilled and motivated engineer with the ability to act urgently, prioritize and be an open communicator
  • Looking for someone who is customer-focused and has the ability to apply solutions with minimal disruption
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced global environment

 

 

 What You’ll Do:

 

  • Manage trouble tickets using the designated corporate ITSM
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution proficiencies in the following areas:
    • Device Hardware from vendors such as Apple and Dell
    • Device Software Operating Systems from vendors such as iOS, Android and Windows
  • Escalate trouble tickets with the appropriate Tier support groups when more advanced troubleshooting is required
  • Maintain and update IT Documentation and processes in Confluence
  • Adhere to policies and guidelines
  • Set up new hires and process leavers
  • Occasional on call duties as requested

 

 

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

 

  • 3+ years of experience as a sys admin or support specialist level 2 or higher
  • Corporate Enterprise MDM management software such as Mobile Iron and Jamf
  • O365 User, Mail, Health, Licensing, Security & Compliance
  • User, Groups and policies in Active Directory (on-premise & azure)
  • User, groups and applications in Okta
  • Setup, Reimage/Factory reset Computers & Tablets

 

Nice to Have Skills:

 

  • CCENT, NET + or other equivalent Network certification or degree in Informational Technology
  • Experience with MDM Management tools such as: Airwatch, MaaS360, Meraki, etc.
  • Experience with VLANS, Wireless access points, DHCP, DNS, VOIP, and Firewalls
  • Experience with the implementation and support of wireless technologies including Radius and 802.1x
  • Familiarity with secure configuration of network services such as DNS, WINS, SSH, SNMP, FTP as well as patch management
  • Understanding of IPv4 subnetting/routing and firewall management
  • Experience with Windows 2012 or higher server environment
  • Exposure to AWS, AZURE, SoftLayer or other cloud providers
