What You'll Do:

 

  • Become a subject-matter expert of Malwarebytes products in 3-6 months.
  • Provide technical guidance to support team and answer difficult support questions.
  • Work with support team to troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve complex enterprise

    customer issues.

  • Simulate customer environments to replicate issues and to perform root cause analysis.
  • Escalate customer issues to senior engineers and developers as needed, providing detailed

    description of problem along with steps taken to analyze the problem.

 

 

Skills You'll Need to Have:

 

  • 2-4 years of software QA or technical support experience
  • Experience in testing or supporting enterprise security application is a plus
  • Experience in triaging customer issues or providing Level 3 technical support is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Process Monitor, Wireshark, WinDbg, Python and PowerShell
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
