Who We Need:

 

We are looking for a G&A Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great potential employees. The G&A organization consists of our non-Engineering teams including Marketing, Sales and Finance.  To succeed in this role you should be able to collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis, acting as a true strategic business partner. You should also be able to attract candidates from multiple sources including our Applicant Tracking System, Employee Referrals, passive Online Sourcing where necessary and making good use of LinkedIn. You will play a key role in finding the very best talent that will contribute towards our growth, and have fun along the way!  

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Our Recruiters play an essential role in representing our brand to applicants and candidates.  We expect nothing but the best when it comes to your work, and you will own the following areas:

  • Meeting/exceeding your assigned demand by hiring great talent
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to provide best-in-class relationship  management
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, our ATS and relevant social media
  • Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact and building excellent candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promoting Malwarebytes’ reputation as a “great place to work” as an advocate for our culture

 

 

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

 

  • As a trusted strategic partner to your hiring managers, a healthy appreciation for data is required
  • At least 5 years of hiring experience, preferably hiring talent into Tech start-ups
  • Proven ability to find and engage with promising talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
